STEP 1: CLARITY
Ways of being that helped you survive childhood sometimes get in the way of the life you want to live now.
I help you gain clarity by setting therapeutic goals. Then we will strive to get to the root of your struggles. I do this by helping you understand your unhelpful thought patterns, emotions, and needs.
I help with healing trauma through parts work or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
STEP 2: TOOLS
I help provide you with practical tools to alleviate your emotional suffering, challenge negative thoughts, and be more present.
STEP 3: GROWTH
With more awareness of your triggers you can decide how you want to live and we can discuss what a meaningful life looks like for you.
